Aqara Presence Sensor FP2

The Aqara Presence Sensor FP2 is an advanced, non-camera-based presence detector that uses millimeter-wave (mmWave) radar technology. It is designed to overcome the limitations of traditional Passive Infrared (PIR) motion sensors by detecting even the slightest movement, like breathing, and by creating virtual detection zones within a room.

Unlike PIR sensors that rely on heat signatures, the FP2 uses mmWave radar to detect fine movements, which allows it to track a person even if they are sitting or sleeping.
